Every OTHER Weekend | Saturday and Sunday | 14 Hour Day Shifts
Manchester Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable and highly skilled RN or LPN Weekend Baylor Nurse with strong clinical judgment, leadership, and staff management abilities.
This is a hands-on charge nurse position responsible for providing direct resident care while supervising CNAs and other nursing staff. Candidates must be confident managing a unit, making independent decisions, addressing performance concerns, and maintaining high clinical standards.

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and oversee daily unit operations
Supervise, assign, and support CNAs and nursing personnel
Monitor residents and respond promptly to changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
Provide staff education, coaching, and corrective direction
Communicate with providers, families, and nursing leadership
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Current Connecticut RN or LPN license
Strong nursing assessment and decision-making skills
Proven leadership and supervisory ability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or charge nurse experience preferred
