POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Education / Experience
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition principles in long-term care.
- Familiarity with diet orders, tray card systems, and food service operations.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure diet accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English; ability to follow oral and written instructions. Strong written, verbal, analytical and people skills.
- Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Ability to work hours punctually and at times flexibly, as needed based on the requirements of the position assignment and/or needs of the organization as expressed by Administrator.
