Student Supervision Staff (Lunch/Recess)

Manchester Elementary Middle School seeks Student Supervision Staff to work with students in the 2025/2026 school year! In this assignment, the Student Supervision Staff is responsible for supervising and assisting students in the school cafeteria at lunchtime. The Student Supervision Staff effectively fosters a safe and inclusive dining environment that makes meal times a pleasant experience, while ensuring each meal service flows smoothly. In this position, the Student Supervision Staff positively reinforces expectations, supports students with lunch needs, assists with cafeteria clean-up, recycling, and composting, encourages good table manners and cleanliness, and dismisses students at the scheduled time. The Student Supervision Staff refers problems to school administrators as needed and communicates with staff and students professionally and positively. The Student Supervision Staff will work up to 2.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, for approximately 12.5 hours per week, between the hours of 10:30am to 1:15pm following the school calendar.
