We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Manchester, CT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing patient experiences by effectively communicating with patients regarding their appointments ,coordinating with dental insurance companies. .Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality dental care.

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment plans and options.
- Confirming patient’s appointments via phone, texts, emails etc
- Maintain organized records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with financial plans
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Assist in managing appointment schedules for optimal workflow.
- Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service/ Sales /Restaurant/setting Preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to present treatment plans clearly to patients.
- Well-organized , punctual with strong multitasking abilities.
- Mentorship available with help of our experienced staff .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
