Job Summary:
Manchester Bath & Tennis Club is a private beach club that is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team this summer. Come spend your summer on a beautiful private beach. The Assistant manager will be responsible for day to day club operations along with the General Manager by motivating and supporting our staff and delivering great service to our club members and guests. Perfect opportunity for Teachers or anyone looking for a summer position.
Duties will include:
- Ensure efficient club operations on a daily basis
- Oversees departments maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing club policies.
- Tending to our members and guests needs
- Management of club staff with a hands on approach/ lead by example
- Reception office duties
- Act as MOD in General Managers absence
Required/ Desired Skills:
- Proven work experience as supervisor/ manager
- Familiarity with POS software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Bartending experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs at times
- Periods of standing and walking around the club and beach.

Pay is based on experience
