Client Care Specialist
MVVC is looking for a receptionist (or as we refer to it, "Client Care Specialist"), to join our team. The ideal candidate must have great communication skills, be friendly, professional, enthusiastic, self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task.
Duties and attributes include:
-- Flexible hours including occasional Saturday mornings
-- Answering a multi-line phone system
-- Greeting clients and patients in a positive, clear, confident and respectful manner
-- Scheduling and confirming appointments
-- Checking patients in and out
-- Collecting fees, processing end-of-day reports and balancing, as well as other clerical duties.
-- PC proficiency including MS Word, email communications, and web-based software systems.
-- Attention to detail and adherence to protocol and procedures
-- A working knowledge of Infinity vet software a plus (but we will train if not).
-- Bi-lingual a plus but not required
-- Experience in medical reception a plus ... veterinary office experience highly desirable
