Product Support Technician (customer service and tech skills)

Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline technical customer support of our pharmacy automation.  
• Resolve customer cases in a timely manner through phone support, remote troubleshooting at customer site.  
• Document detailed case notes of steps taken and each interaction with customer and/or machine.
• Periodic travel to customer sites to repair machines as well as provide customer refresher training.  

Other Duties:

• Follow all related standard work, processes, and procedures, while offering ideas for improvement.  
• Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, resources, and processes to effectively respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot DOSIS systems.
• Mentor and train other team members as applicable by supervisor.

Requirements

  Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven customer service experience preferred
• Mechanical, electrical, or technical skills required
• Experience with pharmaceutical automation a plus but not required
• Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills

 Schedule:

• Fulltime position 
• Overtime available
• Some travel

Salary : $18 - $20
