Base pay is $16-18 per hour with a 10% shift premium for 3rd shift and 15% for second shift.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location:Marietta, OH
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production lines in a manufacturing/tolling environment.Perform quality checks and process-control activities.Follow ISO 9001:2015 standards and safety procedures.Work in both production and warehouse settings.Operate forklifts and handle materials. Operate production lines according to SOPs.Conduct quality inspections.Handle materials safely.Maintain cleanliness and organization.Work with supervisors and team members to resolve production issues.
Minimum Qualifications
Manufacturing or tolling-industry production experience.Ability or certification to operate a forklift.Basic computer skills.Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting.Positive work history
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in tolling processes.Training/certification in quality assurance or process control.Knowledge of GMP standards.Additional forklift or equipment certifications.Familiarity with safety regulations.
