Mancan Staffing is looking for Machine Operators for our client in Strongsville, Ohio.
***MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A MEASUREMENT TEST!
As a Plastic Film Machine Operator, you are responsible for operating and overseeing the machinery used in the production of plastic films. This role involves setting up and maintaining the machines, monitoring the production process, and ensuring the quality of the plastic film output.
Machine Operation:
Operate and monitor plastic film extrusion machines during production runs.
Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
Experience operating a Henshaw Machine a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup and Calibration:
Configure and set up plastic film extrusion machines according to production specifications.
Calibrate machine settings to achieve desired film thickness, width, and other specifications.
Load raw plastic materials into the machine's feeding system.
Monitor material levels and replenish as needed to maintain uninterrupted production.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections of the plastic film to ensure it meets quality standards.
Identify and address any defects or issues during the production process.
Requirements:.
Must be able to bend, twist and stand for the duration of shift
Must be able to lift 50lbs
