Qualifications:
Associate's Degree required
Previous Human Resources experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Valid authorization to work in the United States
Ability to complete required state and federal training requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain personnel, medical, and training records
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Coordinate employee benefits administration and annual enrollment
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage employee training records and compliance requirements
Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and orientation programs
Assist with workers' compensation, unemployment claims, FMLA, and employee relations matters
Support payroll processing and verification
Prepare reports and provide HR-related support to management
Monitor office supplies, mail distribution, and administrative functions
