This role involves assisting with production, operating basic tools, and supporting shop operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general shop and production tasks
Operate hand tools such as grinders and other small equipment
Perform cleaning, painting, and basic material preparation
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Support fabrication and assembly processes as needed
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
Willingness to work overtime when required
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
