Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling rubber hoses onto forms according to production specifications.
- Safely lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50lbs to designated areas.
- Operating equipment or tools required for the job, following safety guidelines.
- Pushing and pulling racks of products to and from the production line.
- Ensuring a clean and organized work area, maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Physically fit and capable of performing tasks that involve repetitive motions and heavy lifting.
- Comfortable working in a hot and wet environment for extended periods.
- Must be able to stand for long hours during the shift.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Being punctual and adhering to the set work schedule.
- Flexibility to work overtime on Saturdays if required by production demands.
