- Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association
- Current ACLS Certification through American Heart Association
- Current PALS Certification through American Heart Association
- High School Diploma/GED, required
- Other: Accredited School of Technical Training, required
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), required
- Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association
