Manasquan River Golf Club is looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Manager to help lead our daily food & beverage operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. This role supports the Assistant General Manager & Food & Beverage Manager and steps in as Manager on Duty to ensure seamless service across our restaurants, bars, and events.
This is also an excellent entry-level leadership opportunity for hospitality students or recent graduates looking to launch their careers in club or restaurant management. We provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to all facets of F&B operations.

✔️ Experienced with F&B operations, POS systems, and service standards

Key responsibilities include staff supervision, service quality, scheduling, inventory, payroll support, event coordination, and maintaining top-tier cleanliness and safety standards.
Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, leadership presence, and a drive to create memorable dining experiences. A hospitality degree and beverage certification are a plus.
