About the Role
Manara Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-K Educational Aide to join our Irving campus. This is a full-time position supporting our youngest learners in a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the classroom teacher with daily lessons, activities, and supervision of students
- Support individual and small group instruction to reinforce learning
- Create a positive, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
- Step in to lead the class when the teacher is absent
- Help maintain classroom organization, materials, and records
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Must obtain your Educational Aide certification within 30 days of hire (if not already certified)
- Interest in furthering your education (preferred)
- Experience working with young children (preferred)
- Ability to teach and lead lessons when needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to fostering a love of learning in every child
Additional Information
- Full-time position at our Irving campus on Tristar Drive
- Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and fingerprinting with associated screening costs (approximately $50) paid by the applicant
