The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving Manar’s marketing initiatives by providing hands-on support to ensure campaigns, projects, sales, and promotional efforts are executed efficiently and effectively. This position works closely with experienced sales and marketing professionals, utilizes cutting-edge tools, and directly contributes to the company’s growth, brand visibility, and overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage marketing and sales materials to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with creative partners on branding, graphics, promotional materials, and advertising copy.
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate effective marketing and promotional channels (digital and media)
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities
- Support inbound and outbound marketing efforts (events, content, advertising, optimization)
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to support the sales pipeline
- Manage and support social media platforms and content scheduling
- Assist with sales presentations, reports, and marketing collateral
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and promotional events (including attendance as needed)
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks (scheduling, documentation, organization)
- Support additional sales and marketing initiatives as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience managing social media and digital platforms
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing databases
- Familiarity with search engines and AI-powered tools (Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
- Understanding of marketing principles and sales-support processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree, certification, or relevant industry training preferred
