**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dishwashing area. You will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are washed, sanitized, and stored properly, contributing to our overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate the dishwasher and hand-wash items as necessary, ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Sort, stack, and store clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in designated areas to maintain an organized kitchen.
• Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the dishwashing area, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning countertops, and removing trash.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy workplace for staff and customers.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Assist in the inventory and maintenance of dishwashing supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

**Physical Requirements:**

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift heavy items 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
