Summary:
The Inside Sales Account Executive is responsible for expanding the sales of ManaMed products and converting competitive products, while leveraging the Company value-added services to develop expand and convert customers. Responsible for calling on the acute care markets leveraging GPO contracts, clinical studies, a breadth of product offerings and Third-Party Distributors for call points which may include the Emergency Department, Orthopedic Floor, Operating Room, Physical Therapy Department, Wound Care Clinic and Nursing Services. May also include non-acute care facilities such as Orthopedic Groups, Podiatrists, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Surgery Centers and HME/DME facilities.

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business and Financial Planning
Develops and executes a business plan that is designed to meet and exceed financial, market, and product portfolio goals for assigned territory. Maintains comprehensive and effective plans that drive positive sales results. Prioritizes and manages time for effective territory coverage. Cultivates new sales opportunities and manages leads. Proactively creates and cultivates new opportunities that result in converted business. Defends competitive threats to minimize losses.
Leadership
Demonstrates efficient use of company resources, such as time, money, materials, etc. Utilizes sales educational and marketing resources strategically. Conducts quarterly business reviews with all entities. Analyzes, recommends, and develops sales strategies. Demonstrates commitment to the ManaMed Compliance & Ethics Program, the ManaMed Code of Conduct, the ManaMed Sales and Marketing Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and all supporting and applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
Customer Relationship
Maintains up to date CRM contacts, opportunities, leads, and outcomes. Utilizes time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and superior levels of customer service. Takes responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Resolves any issues quickly and professionally. Provides presentations and demonstrations as necessary to customers on application and use of ManaMed products using effective sales techniques. Treats Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standard. Acquires a basic understanding of the field to include regulatory compliance issues and adhere to these guidelines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience
- Some outside, inside or BDR sales experience prefered.
- Experience in the Manufacturing and Healthcare industry preferred.
- Some combination of education and experience in office administration, medical supply industry, and customer service.
