The in-office program will be sponsored at our Headquarters in Centerville, Utah. Local candidates are preferred since housing and transportation is not provided.

Program Details

• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
• Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Dates: May 18 to July 24 (10-weeks)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday Business Hours
• San Diego Site Visits: June 8-10 San Diego
• Project Presentations: July 14
  
  

Focus Areas

• Engaged Learning
• Partner with specific Job Corps CTT instructors and build out courses in Blackboard.
• Preferred Majors: Education, Psychology, Instructional Design, English, or Criminal Justice
• Employee Experience
• Increase MTC's TikTok presence by creating short, student-friendly videos and supporting a strategy that encourages students (and optionally staff) to repost and engage with the content.
• Preferred Majors: Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
  

Eligibility Requirements

• Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelor’s degree
• Proof of a minimum 3.5 grade point average
• Available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
