Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for reviewing and updating transcripts and ensuring students meet the requirements for graduation in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain linkages with the school district for graduation requirements or changes.
- Update student transcripts as needed to determine eligibility for graduation.
- Prepare GED/high school monthly reports for submittal to the corporate office.
- Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
- Perform duties including data entry, student scheduling, interpretation and analysis of test data.
- Perform input and make adjustments necessary to ensure students schedules are prepared for each training week.
- Provide form control functions including revision/developing forms, monitoring supplies and reordering forms as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four (4) year's related experience.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
