We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Time Human Resources Director to lead and support all aspects of Human Resources. This position serves as a strategic partner to leadership while overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, policy development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement.
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs, workers' compensation, and other HR-related programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies, regulations, and employment laws.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage HR systems, employee records, reporting, and other administrative functions.
- Lead HR initiatives, process improvements, and special projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate employee training, compliance programs, and leadership development initiatives.
- Support organizational audits, accreditation surveys, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Foster employee engagement through effective communication, recognition programs, and a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, employment law, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in healthcare, home health, or hospice is preferred.
