Program Manager opportunity with a medical device injection molding manufacturer in the Vineland, NJ area. The company is a privately held contract manufacturer of innovative plastic solutions for the medical and healthcare markets. In business for over 50 years, they have developed a reputation for industry-leading expertise across a diverse set of injection molding, automated assembly processes, and technologies complemented by a full suite of value-add services, including design and prototyping.
This role is unique because it owns the program from pre-sales, plant tours, and quotations all the way through launch, validation, commercialization, and ongoing customer/program ownership.
They are specifically looking for someone who:
- Understands injection molding at a technical level
- Has worked in ISO 13485 / regulated manufacturing
- Has led cross-functional teams across Ops, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial
- Is comfortable being the primary customer contact
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
