PLANT MANAGER

Our long-term client has asked us to conduct an exclusive nationwide search for their next Plant Manager of their < 100-person custom metal fabrication plant in one of the most popular locations in the US, Low cost of living, low crime, great schools, unlimited outdoor activities. Our client has been experiencing sustained and rapid growth for the last 10 years and that is expected to continue.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience managing a CUSTOM Stainless Steel fabrication plant that manufactures industrial equipment for any of the follow industries; food processing, beverage, dairy, food service or WWT. ETO (Engineered To Order) experience is required. BS Degree is preferred, but not required. Someone who has advanced from an hourly operator / skilled trades position in a Custom metal fab shop to a Plant Manager role would be ideal for this position.
