Seeking a friendly, reliable, motivated individual for a full time leasing assistant position.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Respond to emails
- Greet and assist prospects and residents in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the property, including lease terms and pricing
- Administer keys to prospects for viewing properties
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Take payments
- Enter, close, and file work orders
- Additional responsibilities to be added as needed
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and adaptable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a hospitality, retail, customer service and/or property management environment preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn computer/property management software quickly
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong conflict management resolution skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Schedule
- 7AM-4PM, Monday through Friday
- Closed on weekends and most major holidays
