- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic.
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
- Assist in handling office requests.
- Order office supplies.
- Assist Property Managers and Portfolio Assistants.
- Assist Project Manager with work orders for Building Engineers.
- Learn and assist AP Manager with accounts payable input in varied accounting software.
- Lease and assist Insurance Manager with validating Certificates of Insurance and monitoring portfolio insurance programs.
- Customer service liaison for tenants and vendors.
- Willing to learn new skills and operations of commercial real estate property management with potential for future growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
