This role is ideal for candidates with general IT Help Desk or desktop support experience who are comfortable troubleshooting hardware, assisting end users, and managing basic device maintenance. Printer-specific experience is a plus but not required.Key Responsibilities• Diagnose and resolve printer issues, including paper jams, break/fix, and toner delivery • Provide onsite IT-related support for printers and basic device troubleshooting • Log service requests in Ricoh Trac and escalate advanced issues as needed • Support new printer installations; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs • Maintain onsite inventory of devices, parts, and consumables • Communicate updates and issue resolutions to hospital staff • Perform meter reads and maintain fleet documentationQualifications• Previous IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or hardware troubleshooting experience • Strong customer service and communication skills • Basic PC knowledge and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work onsite in a hospital setting • High School Diploma required; technical training preferred
