Job Title: Training Process Support Specialist
Location: Plymouth, MN 55441
HYBRID POSTION – Candidate must be able to go to the site when required – 2 to 3 days a week

- eEngineering degree in computer / electrical engineering-MUST – Preferably Electrical Engineerin
- g3 years experience with degree. MUS
- T5 years if lacking an engineering degree but possessing electrical sector experience. MUS
- TStrong background in adult learning, instructional design, training, or workforce education. MUS
- TExperience with power engineering terms such as KW, transmission, and generation. MUS
- TKnowledge of electric utility distribution/transmission fundamentals (e.g., load flow, short circuit, protection, reliability, grounding, integration studies). MUS
- TFamiliarity with adult learning frameworks. MUS
