What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at Managed Staffing, Inc.?
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in human resources, HR administration, or a related administrative role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling, system access requests, and onboarding checklists
• Assist with recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, requisition tracking, and pre employment process support
• Support employee lifecycle events such as job changes, leaves of absence, transfers, and terminations, in partnership with HR Services and the HR Manager
• Prepare routine HR reports, trackers, and documentation to support site level reporting and workforce needs
• Support coordination of employee relations activities by documenting information, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials as directed by the HR Manager
• Partner with HR Services and other shared services teams to ensure smooth processing of transactional HR activities
• Provide administrative support for engagement, training, and culture initiatives at the site
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive employee information at all times
