Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support switches, access points, firewalls, and related network equipment
Coordinate and verify ISP circuit delivery and turn-up
Install and maintain access control and surveillance camera systems
Run, terminate, test, and label structured cabling (Cat6; fiber when needed)
Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, or hardware issues on-site
Maintain accurate documentation: IP assignments, VLANs, device roles, access credentials
Communicate status, progress, risks, and results clearly and consistently
Ensure work quality, adherence to standards, and clean job sites

What You Bring
Required Skills
Working knowledge of basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing)
Ability to install and configure network or access control systems
Comfortable with power tools, ladders, testers, and field installation work
Strong communication and follow-through habits
Preferred
Ubiquiti / Cisco experience
CompTIA Network or CCNA
Experience with low-voltage, telecom, or MSP field service work
Access control/video systems experience (e.g., Brivo, Verkada, Avigilon)
