MANPOWER is seeking SMT Machine Operators to join their team in Portland, OR!
What's the Job?
- Operate SMT machines to accurately place surface-mount components onto PCBs in accordance with production specifications.
- Set up, program, and calibrate SMT machines for new production runs to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.
- Load reels of electronic components into machine feeders and verify continuous material supply during operation.
- Conduct visual inspections of completed boards to ensure assembly meets quality and technical standards.

What's Needed?
- Experience with SMT machines, programming, and an understanding of basic electronics.
- Ability to closely follow technical instructions and identify assembly defects during visual inspections.
- Comfortable using computer systems and software to manage machine settings, diagnostics, and production records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or relevant certifications are preferred.
