Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Sacramento, CA (Fully In-Office)

Overview:
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team in Sacramento. This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with technical teams to deliver IT services and solutions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Monitor account performance, contracts, and service agreements
  • Resolve client concerns and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of account management experience (MSP or IT services preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services, infrastructure, or managed solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • CRM experience and strong organizational skills

Work Environment:
This is a fully in-office position based in Sacramento, CA, requiring daily on-site collaboration with internal teams.
