Senior Systems Engineer (On-Site)
We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in IT, Telecom, Cabling, and Audio Visual services, operating from our offices in NYC, South Florida, and Houston. Our primary focus is to deliver comprehensive technology solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We’re looking for a born techy who loves digging into hard problems and figuring out how things work.

What you’ll do
- Work on highly technical issues as part of our in-house team
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
- Build, run, and maintain virtual machines
- Handle escalated, high-level technical issues
- Respond to occasional after-hours calls for server emergencies (rare, averaging 2 to 3 a year)
What you bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server
- Solid experience with VMs
- Knows Linux and knows how to use it
- A natural curiosity and instinct for solving technical problems
Location: On-site, in-house (no remote)
Salary : $72,000 - $90,000
