Team Leads are a large part of project success and client satisfaction, and are integral to the overall client experience. Team leads will manage communications with the review team, assist with workflows, and act as the main liaison with the review team and the project manager/client.
Position Requirements
A substantial level of understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry
Demonstrated success with former projects, including references
Excellent client relationship, problem-solving, organizational, and written and communication skills
1 year minimum team lead experience
