Our model allows providers to focus on patient care while we handle the business side, from operations and financial performance to marketing and growth strategy.
We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with experience in the aesthetics industry to help expand our network of med spa partners.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the med spa space, has strong B2B sales experience, and thrives on building connections with owners, operators, and providers.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, starting conversations, and setting qualified meetings with med spa owners who may benefit from our management services or are exploring a potential sale.
- Identify and connect with med spa owners, injectors, and operators through outbound outreach (Instagram, email, phone, networking)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Educate prospects on our services, value proposition, and partnership/acquisition opportunities
- Set and coordinate discovery calls with our leadership team
- Develop referral relationships within the aesthetics industry (injectors, reps, consultants, etc.)
- Track outreach, conversations, and pipeline activity
- Stay up-to-date on trends in the aesthetics and med spa space
- Full-service med spa management partnerships
- Operational consulting and growth strategy
- Marketing and revenue optimization support
- Acquisition opportunities for med spa owners looking to exit
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (service-based sales preferred)
- Background in aesthetics, med spas, or the beauty/wellness industry
- Strong understanding of med spa operations and owner pain points
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Self-starter who is comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a performance-driven attitude
