Manafort Brothers Incorporated is seeking an individual to assist in all aspects of processing and reporting our field payroll for jobsites throughout the Northeast.
Duties will include employment documentation maintenance, weekly payroll processing, completion of certified payroll, third party reporting, monthly utilization, and union benefit reports. Position requires data entry, along with the review, correction and importing of daily electronic timesheets. The proficient use of Excel and Word to efficiently complete responsibilities is expected.
Candidate should have 2 years of payroll related experience. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. Candidate must be able to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Working knowledge of construction equipment, union payroll, employee benefits, HCSS and Sage Timberline software is a plus.
This position is in Plainville, CT and is open to full time and part time applicants.
