What You’ll Do
- Support young adults (18–19) as they transition into independent living
- Teach practical life skills like budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and self-care
- Help build routines, responsibility, and healthy habits
- Provide guidance around employment readiness and workplace expectations
- Encourage emotional growth, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Be a consistent, calm, and positive role model — even on challenging days
- Patient, grounded, and emotionally steady
- Compassionate and non-judgmental
- Able to provide structure while still leading with empathy
- Reliable, consistent, and supportive
- Passionate about helping young adults succeed
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain — we’ll help!)
