**What Youll Do**
- Support residents with daily living activities such as personal
- Offer encouragement, emotional support, and genuine companionship
- Accompany residents on community outings and fun recreational
- Help build skills in communication, social interaction, and
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment
- Document resident progress and communicate needs or concerns with
- Work alongside healthcare providers, families, and team members to
**What You Bring**
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus (but were happy
- Strong communication and people skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable spirit
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training provided)
- Valid drivers license with reliable, insured, and registered
