Nampa & Meridian
Weekends: Day 6:00 am-2:00 pm & Swing: 2:00pm- 10:00pm

As a Direct Care Professional, you will:
- Support clients with daily routines and independent living skills (meal prep, personal hygiene, household chores, and organization)
- Assist with medication reminders and health needs
- Cook, clean, and create a safe, welcoming home environment
- Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, work, or recreational activities
- Encourage and model positive social skills, communication, and problem-solving
- Help clients build confidence and independence through goal-setting and skill development
- Participate in fun community outings such as going to the movies, restaurants, sports events, or local activities
- Be a reliable source of encouragement, stability, and advocacy for those you serve
- Collaborate with your team and supervisors to ensure the best care and support for each client
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance and registration
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (we’ll help)
- Most importantly: a kind heart, patience, and a good sense of humor
