Mana Pelvic Health — East Brunswick, NJ

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Location: East Brunswick, NJ

Are you an Occupational Therapist who wants to do more meaningful, specialized, one-on-one work?

Mana Pelvic Health is looking for an OT to join our growing pelvic health team in East Brunswick, NJ. This is a unique opportunity for an occupational therapist who is interested in pelvic health, women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual health, and helping people return to the daily life, movement, intimacy, confidence, and routines that matter most to them.

Pelvic health experience is preferred — but it is not required.

New grads are welcome to apply.

We are open to training and mentoring the right OT who is compassionate, emotionally intelligent, curious, and excited to grow into a high-value specialty.

Why This Role Is Different

Most healthcare jobs are built around productivity, volume, and rushing from patient to patient.

Mana is built differently.

You will treat patients one-on-one in private treatment rooms, with time to listen, educate, build trust, and help people feel safe discussing symptoms they may have been embarrassed, dismissed, or frustrated about for years.

This is not a high-volume clinic role. It is a quality-focused specialty role for someone who wants to become excellent at helping people with deeply personal, life-changing problems.

Why Occupational Therapy Fits Pelvic Health

Pelvic health is about much more than muscles.

It affects toileting, intimacy, pain, exercise, sleep, parenting, work, confidence, routines, nervous system regulation, body awareness, and participation in daily life.

That is why an OT lens can be so valuable.

As a pelvic health OT, you can help patients move from “managing symptoms” to actually participating in life again.

What You May Help Patients With

Depending on your training, comfort level, and clinical development, you may help patients with:

  • Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
  • Pelvic pain
  • Pain with intimacy
  • Bladder urgency, frequency, or leakage
  • Bowel dysfunction and constipation
  • Endometriosis-related pelvic symptoms
  • C-section and abdominal scar recovery
  • Diastasis recti
  • Return to exercise after pregnancy
  • Pain, fear, avoidance, and nervous system sensitivity
  • Toileting habits, routines, and daily function
  • Gender-affirming pelvic health support
  • Confidence returning to work, parenting, fitness, and intimacy

You will not be expected to treat conditions or populations you are not trained or comfortable treating. We believe great pelvic health clinicians grow best when they feel supported, respected, and mentored.

What You’ll Get at Mana

At Mana Pelvic Health, you will have:

  • One-on-one patient care
  • Private treatment rooms
  • Mentorship from an experienced pelvic health team
  • A supportive, collaborative clinical environment
  • A calm, modern office setting
  • A growing pelvic health caseload
  • Time to build trust with patients
  • Support for continuing education and specialty training
  • A role where your clinical judgment and emotional intelligence matter
  • Room to grow within a respected New Jersey pelvic health brand

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a strong compensation and benefits package, including:

  • $80,000–$105,000 salary, based on experience
  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with 3.5% employer match
  • 15 days PTO
  • 6 paid holidays

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Are licensed, or eligible for licensure, as an Occupational Therapist in New Jersey
  • Are a new grad, early-career OT, or experienced clinician looking to specialize
  • Are interested in pelvic health, women’s health, postpartum care, pain, bladder/bowel health, or sexual health
  • Are comfortable having sensitive conversations with warmth and professionalism
  • Care deeply about patient trust, safety, and dignity
  • Want to develop a specialty rather than stay in a generic OT role
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately
  • Are open to mentorship, feedback, and continued learning
  • Want to be part of a growing team instead of feeling isolated

Prior pelvic health coursework or experience is a plus, but not required for the right person.
