Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site at the different project locations. As a Laborer at Manao Construction, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and general support to skilled workers. Heavy lifting. Asbestos & Lead HAZMAT experience helpful. Must pass physical, and background security checks.
You will ensure worksite cleanliness, adherence to safety protocols, and contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. This role involves hands-on work requiring physical stamina and a proactive attitude.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and operating basic tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with construction site safety practices and protocols.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with crew members and supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
Shifts
- Vary based on project can be Day or Night Time shifts
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
