QA Technician - NIGHT Shift

products to meet this need.
Being a QA Tech is a big job. You are an essential team member, helping the Food Safety and Quality Supervisor, Production Supervisors and production line operators. Your job is to ensure we do not produce and ship defective products. You need to make sure all our records are accurate, check on test results, and keep our data and documents organized so we can ship our products quickly. 
You'll need to know how our production line works and keep up with any changes. If you find any defects, you will report them to your supervisor or the Production Supervisor. You need to ensure our data is correct so we can send out safe, high-quality products on time.
As a QA Tech, you’re a leader on the floor. To get this job, you need to be good at working with others and being an informal leader, managing your time, and organizing your work and the work of others. You must also be good at following detailed instructions from the plant managers. 
Your coworkers will look to you for answers and to solve problems. They’ll expect you to take the initiative, ask questions, and keep learning. They’ll also look to you to set a great example. Your commitment to producing only the highest quality product and maintaining safety in the plant is crucial. This job demands the utmost integrity to ensure that MANA always maintains food safety, legal, and quality requirements. 
To do well, you must be on time, be dependable, and have good attendance. You will have a regular schedule. But sometimes, we might need you to fill in for other technicians and work longer hours. Work may include nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No matter when you work, you’ll be part of a team that wants to make a difference. 
This job requires basic reading, writing, and math skills. You must also know how to use Excel, Word, and email. You might need to travel occasionally. Physical requirements include fine hand manipulations, pulling, twisting, bending, climbing ladders and steps, and occasionally lifting heavy objects weighing 30-50 pounds.
