Packaging, Labeling, and Gramming Position for Cannabis Company

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Packaging, Labeling, and Gramming Specialist for Cannabis products! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products are accurately packaged, labeled, and grammed according to strict quality standards and OLCC / OHA requirements. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will help maintain efficient production flow while adhering to safety and compliance protocols. You must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit.

Duties

• Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble, package, and label products efficiently and accurately
• Verify product labels for correctness, ensuring compliance with OLCC / OHA regulations.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with assembly tasks as needed, supporting overall production goals

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred, especially with packaging or assembly roles
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and quality assurance procedures is desirable
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety protocols

Pay: From $16.30 per hour
