Responsibilities:
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Advises customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to the manufacturer’s specifications
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an automotive service dealership preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
