About the Opportunity

Experienced counterperson needed at the Lake!

Nissan of Lake Norman is looking for an experienced, motivated Parts Counterperson to join our team. We are seeking someone with strong retail customer service skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and technicians.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive parts professional or a technician looking to transition into a parts role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to retail and wholesale customers.

• Research parts availability, pricing, and compatibility using dealership systems.

• Build strong relationships with customers, service advisors, and technicians.

• Process parts orders, sales, returns, and special orders accurately.

• Maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused parts counter.

• Work collaboratively with the parts and service departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.

• Automotive dealership or Nissan parts experience is a major plus.

• Automotive technicians with strong vehicle knowledge are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and retail sales skills.

• Motivated, outgoing, friendly, and team-oriented personality.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
