What are the responsibilities and job description for the Body Shop Detailer position at MAN?
Modern Toyota Collision Winston-Salem is currently seeking a Detailer to join the service team in Winston, NC.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conforms to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances
- Cleans and refurbishes new and used automobiles
- Washes vehicle exterior
- Cleans Interior and exterior windows and wipes down doorjambs.
- Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surface.
- Vacuums the interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
- Applies revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals.
- Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents.
Qualifications and Skills
- Entry-level position
- Good driving record
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task during peak demands
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
