About the Opportunity

Modern INFINITI of Greensboro is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service department! If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for the automotive industry, and know how to turn a great customer experience into a lasting relationship, we want to hear from you.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians. You will help customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while ensuring a smooth, professional, and transparent experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional service experience.

• Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle symptoms, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.

• Prepare repair orders and communicate service recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly.

• Work closely with technicians and the service department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide updates as needed.

• Recommend additional maintenance and repairs to help customers keep their vehicles safe and reliable.

• Build lasting customer relationships through trust, follow-up, and excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate customer records and repair orders.

• Contribute to service department sales, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance in a clear, customer-friendly manner.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.

• A sales-minded approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Experience with INFINITI or another luxury automotive brand is a plus!
