Help customers find their favorite Harley-Davidson apparel, riding gear, boots, and collectibles while delivering an experience that keeps them coming back. No motorcycle experience required — just a great attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn!
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding service.
- Help customers choose apparel, riding gear, and merchandise.
- Recommend additional products and available financing options when appropriate.
- Keep merchandise displays clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with pricing, receiving, and replenishing merchandise.
- Process sales and returns accurately.
- Participate in dealership promotions and special events.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
- Dependability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn our sales systems.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
