We are a general dentistry practice offering Invisalign, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Implants, Pediatrics and Periodontal treatment. Essential Job Functions:
- Helping patient understand importance of oral hygiene
- Taking inbound an making outbound calls to patients regarding outstanding balances.
- Following established procedures to resolve patient account balances.
- Identify patient payment plans
- Utilizing call scripts provided
- Setting up patient payment over phone
- Documenting all conversations electronically on company and/ or client systems
- Assisting patients in determining eligibility for financial assistance programs
- Providing information to patient services as needed
- Understanding and fully complying with all federal and state laws and regulations (HIPPA) regarding collections policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Characterize high integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English, Mandarin
- Able to work successfully in a fast past-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology, HIPPA, Denti-cal, insurance
- Proficient in PC-based applications
- Time Management and sound decision-making skills
- Provide excellent customer service in a variety of situations, including those that escalate
- Able to use strong attention to detail and data management skills
Salary : $17 - $20
