About the Role
We’re looking for a highly hands-on AI Engineering Leader to design, build, and scale next-generation AI systems. This is not a pure management role — you will actively contribute to architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade Generative AI solutions.

What You’ll Do
AI System Design & Development
- Build production-grade GenAI systems including:
- Multi-agent architectures
- RAG & GraphRAG pipelines
- Autonomous agent workflows
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools, APIs, and systems
- Implement MCP-based agent communication frameworks
- Apply advanced prompt engineering for performance & reliability
Agentic AI & Evaluation
- Design and deploy multi-agent orchestration systems
- Develop:
- Agent evaluation frameworks
- RAG evaluation pipelines
- Optimize AI systems by measuring:
- Output quality
- Hallucination rates
- Relevance & groundedness
Engineering & Platform Development
- Build scalable services using:
- Python (primary)
- .NET / C# (preferred)
- Develop:
- REST APIs
- Microservices architectures
- Contribute to web-based applications (Angular / TypeScript)
- Integrate AI into enterprise workflows
Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS)
- Design and deploy AI systems using:
- AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, EKS, Glue, SNS, SQS
- Work with Kafka-based streaming architectures
- Build secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AI pipelines
DevOps & CI/CD
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Enable automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI systems
- Ensure continuous iteration and performance improvements
AI Development Tooling
- Work with cutting-edge tools:
- Claude API / Claude Code
- Cursor AI
- Optimize developer productivity using AI-assisted workflows
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of software engineering experience
- 5 years in AI/ML / Generative AI (production environments)
- Hands-on experience building:
- AI Agents (2 implementations)
- GraphRAG systems (2 implementations)
- MCP integrations (at least 1)
- Strong expertise in:
- Multi-agent orchestration
- RAG pipelines & evaluation frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Proven experience with AWS cloud platform
- Experience in API development & system integration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with .NET / C#
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Angular / TypeScript development
- Kafka or real-time streaming systems
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph
