Role Description
This is a full-time litigation associate role located on site in Miami, FL. You will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and representing clients in state, federal, and administrative proceedings, as well as other day-to-day tasks associated with the role. You will be expected to conduct depositions, appear in hearings and communicate with clients and counsel on a regular basis.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Strong research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor degree and active Bar membership in Florida
- 2 years of experience in a law firm
